Suede. Brush gently with a suede brush after each wear to lift dust and revive the nap. For marks, use a suede eraser. Caught in the rain? Stuff with paper and let dry naturally, away from direct heat.
Leather sole. Apply a leather conditioner every 3–4 months. The sole develops a natural patina with wear — part of the character of a hand-made shoe.
Storage. Use shoe trees to hold their shape, and rotate pairs so the leather can rest between wears.
