Refund policy

We want you to love the way your Brunos fit and feel. If something isn't right, we make it simple to exchange for a different size, color, or style — or to return it for a refund.

30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange — double the window most luxury labels offer. After 30 days we're unable to accept the item.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible, your loafers must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered, with no signs of wear
  • Returned with all accompanying materials (dust bags, tags, and any inserts)
  • In their original packaging, including the shoe box

Please try your loafers on a clean, carpeted surface until you're certain you're keeping them. The box and dust bags are part of the product, so please return them undamaged. Items that show signs of wear, scuffing on the soles, or are missing their original packaging may be refused or have the refund reduced accordingly.

Exchanges — Different Size, Color, or Style

Changed your mind on the shade, need a half-size up, or fell for a different pair? We're happy to exchange your order.

  1. Start your request within 30 days (see How to Start below).
  2. Ship the original item back to us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send out your new pair.

If you're exchanging for a different style at a higher price, we'll send a quick link to cover the difference. If the new style is lower priced, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Returns & Refunds

Prefer a refund instead?

  1. Start your request within 30 days.
  2. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return, issued to your original payment method or as store credit if you prefer. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at returns@atelierbrunos.com with your order number and whether you'd like an exchange or refund.
  2. For exchanges, let us know the size, color, or style you'd like instead.
  3. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to ship to.

Please pack your loafers securely in their original box to protect them in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at returns@atelierbrunos.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the box label. We'll make it right and cover all shipping costs in these cases — repairing, replacing, or refunding as needed. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
